  • All of our products are made to order, meaning each item is created for you after purchase.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • During busy periods (e.g. holidays), processing may take slightly longer

  • Once your order is ready, it will be shipped right away.

2. Shipping Times by Region

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 5–20 business days

These are estimated delivery windows and may vary depending on local carriers and customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Product type and weight

You’ll always see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Please allow a few days for tracking updates to become active.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll gladly resend it, though additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

7. Customs & Import Fees

8. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.

We offer replacements or refunds if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • You receive the wrong product

To request this:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible.

  • Changes or cancellations are possible within 12 hours of placing your order

  • After this, production begins and changes may not be possible
