Welcome to OnlyLoins ("App", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and services, including user-generated content, recipe sharing, and community features.

By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Account Registration and Security

  • Eligibility: You must be 16+ years old to create an account.

  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information (name, email) and update it as necessary.

2. User-Generated Content (Recipes & Comments)

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of the recipes, photos, and comments you post.

  • License to OnlyLoins: By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the app and related services.

  • Responsibility: You warrant that your content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.

3. Community Guidelines and Prohibited Conduct

Users must maintain a safe, friendly, and family-friendly environment. Prohibited actions include:

  • Posting unsafe, non-edible, or illegal content.

  • Spamming, advertising, or promoting unauthorized businesses.

  • Using profanity, harassment, or disrespectful behavior.

  • Infringing on the intellectual property of others (e.g., copying recipes from paid, copyrighted sources).

  • Uploading, sharing, or engaging with any content that is unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate, including content involving minors in any exploitative or abusive manner.

We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

4. Child Safety and CSAE Policy

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Users are strictly prohibited from creating, uploading, sharing, distributing, or engaging with any content or behavior that exploits, harms, or endangers minors. This includes any material, communication, or activity that may be considered abusive, inappropriate, or illegal involving minors.

Any suspected CSAE content or activity will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account without prior notice.

All posted content is monitored and analysed for any CSAE.

If you need to report any CSEA content, then simply click on Warning Icon in top right corner in any post, recipe or poll and follow instructions on the screen.

We reserve the right to report such activity to relevant local, national, or international law enforcement authorities. This includes the disclosure of all relevant data associated with the account, including but not limited to user identity information, uploaded content, communications, IP addresses, and any other data provided or collected through the use of the service.

We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations in the investigation and prosecution of such offenses.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by OnlyLoins, including logos, app design, and software, is the property of OnlyLoins Ltd and protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Dietary and Safety Notice: Recipes are user-generated. We do not test or guarantee the accuracy, nutritional value, or safety of ingredients (e.g., allergies).

  • No Warranty: The service is provided "as is." We are not responsible for injuries or losses resulting from the use of our app.

7. Subscription and Purchases (If Applicable)

  • Payments: If you subscribe to premium features, you agree to pay the specified fees.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Ireland.
